Arjuna asks Lord Krishna: “Take me to a place from where I can see.”
That was the beginning of Arjuna’s spiritual awakening…
and the beginning of one of the greatest Yoga Scriptures – The Bhagavad Gita.

In order for one to see beyond the surface value of life there has to be a genuine inquiry. There has to be the drive and courage to explore the depths of the Self, with honesty. To keep coming back to it, one needs determination and resilience.
In general, human beings know there is more to life than the material world they experience through their senses, including the mind. However, not all of us have the motivation to explore our fundamental nature, and to contemplate on the great mysteries of the Universe. And that happens for multiple reasons.
If you made it here, it means that, at least, you are curious about your essential nature, and that you are potentially willing to go deeper on a journey of self-exploration, self-observation, and self-mastering.
Move from intention to action, and let’s begin/continue this healing journey together, the healing journey back to wholeness. The spiritual path guides us to see our essence, and who we are…beyond the body and the mind, and all the content we tend to identify ourselves with.
Dare to find out for yourself, through your direct experience, and not because you read in a book or through the opinion of someone else. That is the promise of Yoga…to take you there by your own commitment and consistent practice.
