Yoga is much more than a practice to feel good and healthy. It is a body of knowledge with technology and methodology that helps us on the path of self-discovery towards a profound connection to All that is. Through a variety of techniques, Yoga has the potential to heal us from the inside out, to change the biochemistry of our body, renew the bio-memory of our cells, and charge and rewrite the neurotransmissions of our brain. It allows us to go beyond the body/mind structures and to access a more aligned and elevated experience within and without.
Our body, our energy, and our psychic contain our experiences, all of them…what we consume at all levels, what makes us feel good, happy and successful; and also every mistake, every sorrow, what we reject, resist and sometimes hide, even from ourselves.
We carry these stories/narratives on a celular level, sometimes they are so ingrained in and so deep that we can be oblivious to them. Through an integrated yoga practice, we can begin to notice the patterns, and begin to acknowledge them.

Together – we will work through accumulated stress, deep emotions, and body-mind limitations. We will use a variety of tools to anchor you in the present moment, such as transformative breathwork, effective meditation techniques, inspirational Vedic and Tantric wisdom (Gyana), mantras to rewire your neural activity, kriyas to generate evolutionary movements of energy towards celular healing, and adequate asanas to bring vitality, flexibility, strength, balance, and healing to your body and mind.
All practices are customised to your individual needs.

Personal Sadhanas
Create your own personal practice and open space to develop consistency, commitment, discipline, inner strength, and radiance (tejas).
A personal sadhana (spiritual practice) will be designed for you and your current needs and it will help you, for example, to connect deeply with Self, to improve your overall health, to transcend old patterns, and to accelerate inner transformation.
Connect with your essential nature beyond the surface values of reality. Dive deep into the vast ‘ocean of consciousness’, learn how to anchor yourself in Silence, and dare to know the infinite source of your finite expression.
Invest on a 21 days – or – 40 days Personal Sadhana.
What does it include?
- A virtual or in personal consultation to gather the intention of the sadhana;
- The design of your own personal practice (which you can then practice anytime you want beyond the 21 or 40 days);
- Weekly online guided sessions;
- Follow-up and guidance.
