Why is it important to expand the boundaries of our here-ness?

“Don’t be just here as a point on the map, but realise that the here has no boundaries. The perceived boundaries of the here are only limitations of our own perception.”

Expanding the boundaries of our here-ness is crucial to become all-inclusive, the state of yoga. Learn how to see the whole Universe as here. For that, it is important to recognise that all seeing doesn’t happen in the eyes, but rather within our minds. That is why we are capable of seeing even with our eyes closed.

However, the one who sees, the seer – is not within the mind. The seer is subtler than the mind, beyond it, yet also expressing as it.

Yoga technology guides us to be inclusive here, so are you still trying to be exclusive here? The visible or invisible lines of exclusivity will keep us fighting each other, in a state of fear. And fear is blinding. Until we don’t include who we perceive as other in our here-ness, we cannot really develop compassion, because compassion doesn’t thrive in exclusivity.

Exclusivity breeds rigidity, inclusivity breeds fluidity. Everyone may want to be fluid, yet the majority secretly wants to feel more special…but the sense of feeling special leads to exclusivity. That is a creation of the ego mind. Societies teach people to be someone, yoga teaches people to become no one, and that nothingness state opens up the possibility for people to become everything, not just something.

As isolated values of awareness, we are in different points on the map, but these points are not separated. That separation, that boundaries are imagined by us. Dots within dots, within dots, within dots…So what is the Earth for the Milky Way? A tiny dot, isn’t it? Like the cells in our body, even though separated by seemingly distance, they are in the same here that is the body.

What will it take for us, as a collective, to start refining our vision to locate the underlining unity that is part of our every day reality? It is true that on the surface value of reality there is diversity, seemingly boundaries…yet if we attune our vision, not from the physical eyes, but the mind and heart’s eyes, and if we look deeply enough, we will find nothing but unity. In that unity (yoga consciousness), the perception is one of inclusivity. The other becomes part of the self and exclusivity falls apart naturally. That is also the birth of true compassion.

But for this to be possible, we need to perceive who we are beyond our narrow self (the isolated island – false self), the boundaries of our here-ness also need to stretch. Do you know any other place than here? All geographic places are simultaneously right here…so here it is all there is. Space is borderless. So do you still think that is something out there? Realise that when you reach there, it can only become here. There is no other way.

So are you willing to drop your sense of exclusiveness? The need to feel more special? To drop the walls of your heart and mind and just be here, in communion with all there is? Be aware that if you are not ready for that, what you are attracting to your field is conflict, and the arrow of movement in nature is from the inside out. That conflict arises from within and spreads to your surroundings and, ultimately, to the cosmic field.

How come we are so trustful of our own thought process and opinions? When both are fabrications of our own limited interpretations of reality. That even some of us are ready to kill for it, and others are ready to die for it…

Regardless of our skin colour, age, gender, sexual orientation, ideals, identifications, preferences, believe systems, alliances, social status, bank accounts, story lines, narratives, experiences… despite all of those superficial differences…we are all here, subject to the same laws of nature.

The propaganda to keeps us apart, fearing the diversity, is strong, but as we attune our vision, the resistance to include the other in our own experience will soften, until it drops…then, we will start being part of the solution, adding value and luminosity to the world and to the cosmic field.

The command of nature is for us to realise the here-ness of Life, and to let go of the obsession and hallucination of our isolated self’s narrative. As our here-ness expands, so does our radiance. So radiate light, dear one, to the whole, like the Sun, without being selective about it…and witness your life being transformed, held, and supported. And don’t take my words for granted, choose to find out for yourself.
