Healing is to be whole within ourselves. Don’t fall into the trap of looking to be completed with
another person. That is an illusion of the ego mind. To be whole is to know Love. Love in a vertical
way. Divine Love. Shraddha. Love of the Self. Love for the Self. Beyond the eminent reality,
beyond the boundaries that the human experience requires to be functional within the relative field
of reality.
Honour the boundaries, but fine tune your vision to see the underlining unity beyond the lines…
learn the different scales of observation, learn to connect to the transcendental field of reality, the
part of yourself that requires internal work – refinement, polisment.
Step into the fire with courage, with resilience and don’t get lost in the turmoil, the agitation, the
infinite ways of getting distracted…enjoy the play, indulge sometimes, but keep the focus on what
really matters – and that is to keep uplifting your energy field, so your frequency aligns with what
is beyond the surface value of your experience.
When we start having a taste, a real taste of the fountain of Love… The Love that is not divisive.
The Love that is at the core of you and me. The Love that births this whole manifested reality. The
Love that is ever present, in each moment, at the very base of existence. That taste, it changes
us.
So don’t look for Love, that is a lacking of understanding, discover Love inside of you. Live from
that frequency. The subtler of all, the very foundation of your being. Without discovering that
underlying beat, that gives your heart the pulse to function, you will remain incomplete, and you
will keep looking outside of you, like a beggar of Love…trying to experience it in the other.
But if the connection with the fountain is not established and you become a loving person – how
can you experience something that is not pouring out of you? That is not possible. That leads to a
sense of lacking and to all different methods to grasp this Love from the outside, outsourcing it…
It is like you have an immeasurable treasure inside of you – your very nature is Love – but you
cannot see it, feel it, connect to it, or experience it. And you keep being a beggar. Until you
recognise your transcendental self, that part of you, that awaits to be discovered, and enlivened…
until then, Love is an idea, which you access from a material level, that surface level of reality,
where boundaries are perceived, and where we get deaf by the noise.
Yoga teaches us how to be simultaneously on the relative field and on the transcendental level.
Both informing each there. Both optimising the other aspect of experience. In the here and now.
Beg for Love no more. Rise up from Love, rise up in Love, rise up into Love.
You are Whole, you have always been. And if you don’t experience it, if you feel fragmented, keep
aligning with the Divine Nature that permeates all there is. And through perseverance, you will
taste it…and what is done cannot be undone…you have began the most extraordinary Love
affair…from you, to you, to all there is, and everything in between.
